I’ll admit I’d actually seen a lot of satirical remarks made about it, and I did not have enough understanding on the subject to form my own opinion, so I asked somewhere else. I found a woman by the name of Susie Lopez, who’s the kids’s yoga go-to lady. With Susie’s wealth of information I discovered there’s no much better activity for a child than to be a part of yoga! After all, it’s called ‘Chuckling Baby’ for a reason is not it? It’s certainly! Susie says:

I’d actually often questioned if yoga can be harmful to a kid’s body which certainly is not really developed yet, so I asked Susie about that too. Now, just returning a bit to kids practicing yoga, why not take their simple view on the world and interject the awakening of their spirit? Think back to just how much you have grown and altered as you have embarked upon your very own yogi trip? Imagine if someone had offered you the understanding of your inner world in addition to your external environments years and years ago? I see this fabulous brand-new market as something to be treasured and explored by parents all over the world.

So, let us go back to the easy life. Pick up from kids, and permit children the benefit of learning from certified trainers, such as Susie Lopez.
