You begin to taste even more vibrantly, see even more plainly, hear more pristinely, touch more sensationally and smell each and every fragrance more intently.

The breath that’s used in yoga is called the Ujjayi (Sanskrit word for Success) also known as the ‘Ocean Breath’ due to the fact that the deep inhales and deep exhales sound like ocean waves when the muscles in the back of the throat are restricted. When the mind is quieted by the stunning noises of your ocean waves, your focus is shifted to the body’s sensations. As you oscillate from pose to posture combining it with breath, you shed fear, insecurity and boundaries that block you from linking authentically to yourself and others. Yoga not just makes you feel sensually gorgeous inside, it also assists to produce a sensually lovely body on the outside.
