When I state ‘delighted idea’ I am truly describing a personal mantra that makes you feel equipped. This mantra can be anything that alters your state, resolves adverse energy and that pulls you from a funk. Essentially, it needs to bring a smile to your face.

For some it might be, ‘I’m beautiful simply as I am’, or ‘I launch (the negative scenario at hand) and I welcome peace,’ or ‘I accept myself as I’m today.’ Whether you truly think the statement in this minute or not does not matter since you regulate your mind, it does not manage you. I am simply going to repeat that, YOU CONTROL YOUR MIND, IT DOES N’T CONTROL YOU.

My preferred mantra, the one that can get me out of any sticky circumstance and can help me absolutely shift my point of view at any provided minute is ‘I select love over worry.’ I discovered this little savior from my coach and author of ‘Add More -Ing to Your Life’ and ‘Spirit Junkie’, I extremely recommend these books for anyone planning to find their real source of power.
