YOU are the center of the your Universe, YOU have to live with your selections and YOU have to make the modifications needed to enjoy your life. And I am not talking about enjoying your ‘time-off’ from all the BS you ‘have’ to handle, I am describing every moment in your waking and beauty-sleeping life.

So, you are miserable about acquiring those additional pounds and dredging the thought and feelings of having to press into your skinny denims that no more fit their name. You are waking up beside a guy that you wish you left 5 years earlier but can not envision an escape route. Or perhaps you are simply miserable sitting at a desk wasting your skills working for ‘the guy’ only to go house tired, under paid and imagining a better tomorrow. Let us face it, you’re a player in a video game being controlled by someone or something else. I am just going to put it out here … you are feelings are more important than everybody else’s.

Now, I wager you are all reading this thinking, what a self-seeking b *** h this female needs to be. I am not recommending you forget everyone else exists however simply implying without taking note of your requirements and sensations, you’re practically pointless to the rest of the world and end up being susceptible to every yearning, judgement and need that comes your means. If you swallow your words and let someone walk all over you, I can guarantee you’ll end up standing in front of the fridge. If you remain with a guy that you have grown to resent, how enjoying are you going to be as you slave over a hot stove wishing you could poison him? First things first, placed on any relaxing or motivational music you may have lying around. Next, get comfy, sitting crossed legged on a pillow or simply sitting straight up on a chair will do. Get yourself breathing at a nice calm rate, inhaling and exhaling up until you’ve actually discovered a simple and easy rhythm. Now, inhale right into your tummy and exhale with the sound of ‘Om’ or ‘Aaauuuuummmm’ as its noticable. Do this three times and hold it as long as possible (without having to gasp for air!) Once you have done this you’ve produced a platform and a connection to the divine and you can now relax and receive the support. It might concern you in an image or you could hear a voice.
