This is very frustrating cos I LOVE both these asanas. But the honest truth is, you just have both knees and as soon as they’re harmed, they’re near impossible to repair. So if you feel any pain whatsoever in your knees when practicing these or other yoga exercise asanas, do yourself a favor and rather do an option position.

Instead of pigeon, practice a hip stretch on your back and rather of hero pose rather practice sphinx.
