  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp fennel

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper.
  3. Carefully eliminate the leafy parts from the thick stem and tear the leaves into bite sized pieces.
  4. Wash the kale pieces and dry them completely with a salad spinner.
  5. Drizzle the kale pieces with olive oil, salt, turmeric, cumin and fennel.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the edges are brown, but not burnt.
